The cage called Reservation:

Catch them, Put them in the cage and Use them at will:   Part- 2 /2

The greatest and most heinous, dangerous and criminal TRAPS has been:

The word HINDU appears in the Parana but it did not denote any Santana Parampara or Shampradaya.   Even when the British did their first census- Swadharmi, Swabanra or groups that followed professions etc. were summarized as “IR”- (Indian Religions).

Seeing the united resistance against British rule in India during 1857 they decided to divide native people.

Between 1860 and 1920, the British incorporated the Indian Varna as a caste into their system of governance, granting administrative jobs and senior appointments only to Christians and people belonging to certain castes (easily convertible). Caste was in use in several European states including “Cagot”, the untouchable caste in France and Spain.

Social unrest during the 1920s led to a change in this policy.

The 1901 census recorded 1646 distinct castes, which increased to 4147 in 1931. The first census results came in 1872. During the 1941 census, it was decided to merge the different caste groups under a single monolithic category – “Hindu”.

Important Note:

Even during centuries of Muslim rule Hindus never knew anything beyond FOUR Varna.

The term “Scheduled Caste” was first used by the Simon Commission in 1928. The Government of India Act of 1935 then included the term in all Indian laws. The Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order of 1950 listed 1,108 castes across 28 states in its First Schedule. Since India’s independence, Scheduled Castes (SCs) have been given reservation status, which guarantees them political representation, university quotas, scholarships, and other benefit.

Reservation on the name of “Affirmative Action” (not dynastic or generation-wise) is prevalent in certain European ex-colonies and the USA.  Is shoplifting in the USA up to a certain US $ also a reservation? I do not know.

In India, It was proposed in 1882 by William Hunter. The reservation system that exists today was introduced in 1933 by British Prime Minister Ramsay Macdonald as a “Communal Award” not Affirmative Action.

Note:

When they came to India Hindus were psychologically shattered, economically exploited & deprived. Administratively, neglected and discriminated. Hindus were being punished for not converting.

Whiteman paddled softer than earlier invaders thus we did not realize that we were being slowly released from “visible traps” and cages to other “invisible traps and cages”.

To implement it on Hindus various types of invisible TRAPS were laid and CAGES were made to compartmentalize Hindu society. To obtain political mileage inter-compartmental clash was/is instigated, one was/is appeased by offending the other etc. types of games are played. This appeasement has turned into policy matters.

BJP is not a party to them, but they cannot overrule or neglect them under a democratic system. The problem with politicians or voters with SFI or CP /NSUI backgrounds is that they grossly equate Congress appeasement with RSS/BJP appeasement.

The fact is I.N.D.I.A.   attempts to ‘Abrahamise’ Hindus to appease Minorities   & think they will get their votes forever disregarding the events in Europe.

BJP is attempting to ‘nationalize’ Muslims and Christians. But now it is time for them to realise the effects of computers and the Koran run simultaneously for the last 10 years.

Both BJP and Congress are wrong but this became unavoidable.

The former wanted dynasties’ growth through reservation while later wanted reservations for the needy on economic criteria that covered all citizens indiscriminately but the constitution came on the way.

I doubt Abrahamic NGOs or foreign-guided political party(s) may start a movement for reservations in Private Sectors to kill this nation internally and increase the brain drain.

I presume our Hindu Royals realized that there had been lapses on their part in taking care of their deprived subjects and their social upliftment became very important to prevent Christian missionaries from mass conversion in the name of caste/tribe discrimination.  (In my book India Beyond Narratives, I have given a list of SC ST Royals and Freedom fighters who defended Sanatan Dharma).

Our Royals might have got the signal from the gradual, selective but unusual promotion of some Church-educated Dalit men & women to the British government proximity.

1902:  Chhatrapati Rajarshi Shahu,(Shahu IV ), the Maharaja of Kolhapur, introduces reservation in favour of non-Brahmin and backward classes in education.

1909: The 1909 Act of Minto- Morley Reforms first introduced reservation in India.

1921: Krishna Raja Wadiyar IV of Mysore initiates reservation for backward castes after a decade-long social justice movement against the repression of non-Brahmin castes. (It is believed that Varna was depicted “horizontally” but shown “Vertically” during the Vijayanagar dynasty)

1932: Communal Award by the British government grants separate electorates in India for Muslims, Buddhists, Sikhs, Christians, Anglo-Indians, Europeans and Depressed Classes (then untouchables). Later, the Poona Pact between M K Gandhi and B R Ambedkar reserves seats for depressed castes within Hindu electorates

1942: Viceroy’s Executive Council recommends 8.5 per cent reservation for Scheduled Castes in civil services. B R Ambedkar was a member of the council

1950: Indian Constitution commits to reservations for Scheduled Castes and Tribes. A Government Order excluded converts (except four Sikh Dalit castes) but by the 1990s, Sikh and Buddhist castes were included, but Christian and Muslim Dalits remained excluded.

As of now even those who have converted SC / ST promising indiscriminating casteless equality, are now ill-treating the converts and demanding official reservation. Dynastic and corrupted Hindu politicians are also supporting it. Converted one tribe is fighting another tribe (in North East) besides targeting non-converts.

1951: First amendment in the Constitution to legalise caste-based reservation in the face of court cases against quota.

1980: On December 31, the Mandal Commission submitted its report to President N S Reddy.

1990: Mandal Commission report recommending 27 % reservation to OBCs was implemented by Prime Minister V P Singh.

Today in some provinces 96% of Muslims are given OBC quota, depriving genuine Hindu OBC.  Yet those Hindus vote their oppressors out of fear of retaliation from Muslims.

Tamil Dravid and Kerala communists give reservations to those who convert to Christianity.

This is secularism for Hindus.

1992: Supreme Court orders 50 per cent cap on caste-based reservation,  strikes down Narasimha Rao government’s move to reserve 10% government jobs for poor among Upper Castes.

“Economic condition is not a criterion for reservation.”

2019: Parliament passes Article 15 amendment bill allowing 10 per cent quota for poor in higher education and jobs. Bill challenged in Supreme Court.

2020: Reservation in the legislature was only till 1960 but it has been extended every 10 years. The latest extension was made in 2010 and is valid up to 26 January 2020. There was never a deadline for reservations in education and jobs.

(I am sure no Govt. will dare to alter it till democracy exists because of the stick and carrot reservation).

Historical Background of Reservation:

1.            1882:  William Hunter and Jyotirao Phule in 1882 originally conceived the idea of the caste-based reservation system.

2.            It was introduced in 1933 by British Prime Minister Ramsay Macdonald as the ‘Communal Award’. The award made provision for separate electorates for Muslims, Sikhs, Indian Christians, Anglo-Indians, Europeans and the Dalits. (Dalits and Sikhs became separate vote banks in 1933 ).

3.            Ambedkar supported reservation for lower caste- SC/ST-depressed class. He blamed Nehru for being interested only in Muslims and not Dalits.

4.            On 16 September 1921, the first Justice Party (Dravid )  government passed the first Communal Government Order (G. O. # 613), thereby becoming the first elected body in Indian legislative history to legislate reservations, which have since become standard across the country.

5.            In the states of Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, no community is notified as Scheduled Castes. In the states of Punjab and Haryana, and the Union Territories of Delhi, Chandigarh and Puducherry, no community is notified as Scheduled Tribes.

6.            In Manipur only Christian converts were tribal but non- converts left out by Nehru ji.

7.            The highest percentage of reservation by Congress is in Chhattisgarh at 82% (including 10% EWS). It breaches the Supreme Court’s 50 per cent cap on quota.

8.            The Supreme Court pointed out that Article 32 of the Constitution can be filed only in case of violation of fundamental rights as Reservation is not a “fundamental right”.

9.            The First Backward Classes Commission, 1955 or the Kaka Kalelkar Commission (as per article 340) did not include Abrahamic religion

11.          What are the disadvantages of the reservation system in India?

The paper discusses the problems with reservations in India, stating that it leads to increased competition for jobs and unemployment. It also mentions that politicians benefit from reservations, but not the public.

Why I say reservation a stick and carrot system:

Thousands of years of exploited Hindus deserve reservation carrots but not the “stick” between carrots and mouth.

I have tried to read & understand what reservation was given to SC ST for serval days but failed. I felt those who availed political affiliation to collect vote for the parties or self, Church educated people who got into the system UPSC or professional qualification are monopolized reservation for themselves and family for eternity.

No one becomes an NRI on the reservation but once they go they do their caste exhibition in that country to make sure back home the next of kin and generation should not lose the golden eggs.

I could not find if there has been any serious study as to how much the Dalit society as whole has been improved.

My observations from SC ST around the place where I live are as follows:

1.            Their Children are not pursuing their respective professions. After Clearing class 10 or 10+2 and looking for a job on the reservation. We know how many jobs are available. Those who were never unemployed for generations are today unemployed and their share of WORK has gone to the converted ex-Hindus.

2.            Social scientists are warning about the lower need for manpower with every phase of technological advancement. Now Artificial Intelligence is next. What will reservation do?

3.            Politicians like Jyoti Basu to be declared as the father of Hyderabad and Bengaluru’s “megacity avatar” because he prevented the IT wave enter Kolkata, a city with a sizeable workforce.

4.            There were and are scientists like Meghnath Saha (Dalit) who did not achieve only because of reservation nor did their children become scientists as we find in cases of civil servants, Lawyers and politicians.  Other groups are marrying them to avail reservation in the constituency. Abrahamic men are marring tribal non-converts to avail reservation.

5.            Even these people are calling Bharat Band to ensure that their creamy layer’s children do not lose any “the cream”.

My suggestion:

1.            Immediate change in education and History text

2.            Judicial reform

3.            Beneficiaries should not become “worker Bees” for their QUEEN / King Bees.

3.            Hindu Org and Institutes forget SARVE BHABANTU SHUKHI NAH for the time being and PROPGATE Hindu protection through welfare and revival of Kshatriya Tej.

4.            BJP should switch back to “Justice for all Appeasement for none”- slogan from Jai Shri Ram.

5.            No Hindu should criticize RSS. It is a century-old Org, leave them to themselves. 80% Hindus do not know RSS.
